You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance products) are non-refundable.

4.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds may take at least 14 business days. In some regions, PayPal’s policies may extend this to 30 days.
  • Store Credit Option: Refunds may be issued as store credit upon request.

4.3 Return Shipping Costs
