Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery for eligible items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance products) are non-refundable.
2. Return Shipping
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Hongkong Sourceway Co., Limited is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds may take at least 14 business days to process. In some regions, PayPal may require up to 30 days due to local regulations.
- Store Credit: If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit for immediate use.
Note: The refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional days to reflect in your account.

- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RA number. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.
- Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed as outlined above.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@plusshort.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
